Refund policy

  • A full refund may be requested after the first class only, provided that:
    • The request is made within 24 hours after the first class, and
    • The participant does not continue in the program beyond the first session
  • Any uniform or merchandise included with registration must be:
    • Unused
    • Unworn
    • Unopened
    • Returned in original condition

Failure to return the uniform in acceptable condition will result in the cost being deducted from the refund.

After First Class

  • No refunds will be issued after the first class has been attended and the refund window has passed.
  • All memberships and packages become final and non-refundable.

Missed Classes

  • Missed classes are:
    • Non-refundable
    • Non-transferable
    • Not eligible for credit

Cancellations by Little Rollers

  • If a class is cancelled by Little Rollers, the Company may offer:
    • A makeup class, or
    • Account credit

No cash refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the Company unless required by law.


This refund policy is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in British Columbia.
